Sudha is not only a good colleague but a great boss and an even great mentor. The way she manages every task assigned to her or assigned by her is immaculate. If she believes in something she will chase it down. Even under the circumstances which were not so favorable she has never once lost her cool. Where it's not uncommon to see seniors blaming their subordinates for a failure I have seen Sudha standing up for her employees. If someone understands work-life balance,it's Sudha! She is a true team player and a true boss! Whether it's being a CPO or a Founder, I'm sure she will rock everything which comes in her way and will ensure that no one from her team feels left behind.
